Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that some items are custom printed on-demand and may require additional processing time before shipment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by shipping and tracking updates sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping fee of $6.00.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for qualifying items to residents within the Louisville, KY area. Local delivery eligibility will be confirmed during checkout.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. There is no additional charge for split shipments, and all items will be shipped within our standard 3-5 business day processing timeframe. Each package will be sent using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to you.
